Debtor Reports - Aged Trial Balance with Transactions

The debtors Aged Trial Balance with Transactions report is used to print an Aged Trial Balance showing individual transactions per debtor. These transactions include deposits held on sales orders, invoices, credit notes and journals.

Reference To print an Aged Trial Balance per debtor, refer to "Debtor Reports - Aged Trial Balance". To print an Aged Trial Balance that combines all your debtor balances and may be balanced to your System Summary, refer to "Debtor Reports - Aged Trial Balance Total".

1. Select REPORTS | DEBTOR REPORTS | AGED TRIAL BALANCE WITH TRANSACTIONS.

Micronet displays the Aged Trial Balance screen.

2. Select ORDER and then select one of the following options to choose the order in which you want the report sorted:

• CUSTOMER - sort by debtor ID
• SALES REP - sort by salesperson
• SALES TERR - sort by sales territory
• NAME - sort by debtor name
• RUN NO. - sort by standing order run number
• CLASS - sort by class.

Micronet places a tick beside the selected option.

3. Select FILE | RUN REPORT.

Micronet displays the Select Report screen with a list of report layout options created in the Report Generator.

4. Select a format for the report then select Ok.

Micronet displays the User Defined Questions screen.

5. Enter or select the starting and ending values for the report (e.g. debtor IDs, invoice dates and period numbers).

6. Select the Ok button.

Micronet displays the Select Output Device screen.

7. Select whether you want the report displayed on screen, printed, saved to a specific type of file, faxed, or emailed in a specific format.

Micronet prints or displays the Aged Trial Balance with Transactions report in the selected sort order and selected report layout.
